ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to investigate the case in Crime No.484 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate with the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the invesigation, Final Report is made ready on 15.08.2021.

3. The respondent Police is directed to present the above said Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pappanasam, and compliance report must be submitted before the Registry. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Pappanasam, is directed to process the above said Final Report within the time stipulated as per rules. 2/4

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
