For Respondent : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.8 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 376 and 506(1) of I.P.C., in Crime No.8 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner on false promise of marrying the defacto complainant, had sexual intercourse with her on several occasions, due to which, she became pregnant. Knowing the fact, the petitioner herein criminally intimidated her. Hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.It is seen that this is the third application for anticipatory bail and the petitioner's earlier applications were dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.5999 and 7027 of 2023, dated 30.03.2023 and 18.04.2023. There is no change in circumstances of the case, even then, the petitioner without surrender, keep on filing the petition for anticipatory bail. Hence, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.In the result, this criminal original petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) payable to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai.
