:Contemnor / Respondent PRAYER:- Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the contemnor/respondent herein for violation and disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.12335 of 2019, dated 26.03.2019 under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 Prayer in WP(MD). 12335/ 2009 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to proceedings in pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in R.P.No. 9 of 2008 D2 dated 07/08/2009 and quash the same as illegal and further directing the respondlents to pass orders directing not to install the deity of Lord Siva in any other temple other than Lord Siva Temples and also to remove the deities of Lord Siva from the other temples which are in existence. ORDER

CONT.P(MD)No.1065 of 2020 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent informs the Court that the respondent had issued as many as two notices to the petitioner for causing her appearance. But, then the notices were returned un-served, as the petitioner does not appear to be residing in the address given.

3.In order to short-circuit the controversy, I direct the petitioner to appear before the respondent on 15.02.2021 at 03.00 pm. It is for the petitioner to take down the next hearing date. The petitioner will extend the full cooperation. The respondent shall dispose of the proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With these directions, this Contempt Petition is disposed of.
