ORDER

Though the prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to notionally promote the petitioner as Personal Assistant(Administration) before the date of superannuation on 31.05.2016, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.238, Home (POL.V) Department, dated 24.02.2016, and the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Rc.No. 48421/GB.VI(1)/2014, dated 23.05.2016, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.05.2016 and 30.12.2016, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 24.05.2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and 30.12.2016 respectively, and to pass orders, within a time frame.

2.In view of the limited relief sought for, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 24.05.2016 and 30.12.2016 respectively, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.238, Home (POL.V) Department, dated 24.02.2016 and the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Rc.No.48421/GB.VI(1)/2014, dated 23.05.2016, including the delay, if any, in claiming the relief and to pass orders in accordance with law, if there are no legal impediments, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
