PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to provide adequate protection for laying bridge in the light of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Ka.No.Va2/Pa-1-6/401/2023, dated 29.05.2023 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2023 within a time frame as fixed by this Court. O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to provide adequate protection for laying bridge in the light of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Ka.No.Va2/Pa-1-6/401/2023, dated 29.05.2023 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2023 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 2/5

3. The above said representation was made by the petitioner to the second respondent herein, since the private respondents made trouble and objection.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that because of the above said objection made by the private respondents the above said representation is kept pending.

5.Let the representation made by the petitioner be disposed of by the second respondent by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties and conclude the same, within a period of one week from the date of appearance of the parties. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, further action shall be taken, either by the second respondent or by the parties concerned if so aggrieved.

6.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
