PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to expedite the proceedings in O.S.No.54 of 2019 on the file of the learned VI Additional District Judge, Madurai, within the time limit fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking orders to expedite the proceedings in O.S.No.54 of 2019 on the file of the learned VI Additional District Judge, Madurai, within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.54 of 2019 within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the learned VI Additional District Judge, Madurai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.54 of 2019, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
