ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P (MD) No. 6701 of 2026 dated 16.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition, the fact that the investigation is pending, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every alternative Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
