By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. Seeking appointment to the post of Cook in the selection process held in the year 2020-2021, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.A4/13433/2020, dated 30.07.2022, whereby, the petitioner's request was rejected on the ground that such selection requires to be made only through the selection committee. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition. If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved against the rejection order, dated 30.07.2022, it is always open to her to challenge the same in accordance with law. 2/4
