ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a complaint as against his wife. Since there is no action in his complaint, the petitioner filed the present petition.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, the second respondent Police has conducted petition enquiry in CSR.No.274 of 2025 and the same was closed.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
