ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition in the order dated 24.05.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.2360 of 2023 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Vacation Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur insofar as imposing the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tiruchendur, every day at 10.30 am., until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent and also perused the materials available in the record.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
