ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in C.C.No.400 of 2022, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivaikundam, Thoothukudi District, seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein the petitioners are charged with the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

3. Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and she acknowledges the fact that she had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

4. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.400 of 2022, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivaikundam, Thoothukudi District, is hereby quashed.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of the order. 15.06.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/4
