This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.129 of 2026 dated 20.04.2026.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions, and the fact that the investigation in this case is almost complete, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on the first day of every English calendar month until the filing of the charge sheet.
