It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that they paid the gratuity amount along with 6% interest on 14.11.2019 to the tune of Rs.1,20,577/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Thousand Five Hundred and Seventy Seven only).
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the calculations is not in accordance to law. Therefore, liberty is granted to the petitioner, if he is aggrieved with the said amount, he can file separate Writ Petition.
3. With the above liberty, this Contempt Petition is closed.
