ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to investigate the complaint of the petitioner, dated 23.06.2022.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to previous enmity, the third respondent abused the petitioner with filthy language, threatened him and also tried to attack him with knife. Hence the petitioner gave a complaint, dated 23.06.2022 to the first respondent. But, so far no action has been taken.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that previously, an FIR in Crime No.158 of 2022 has been registered against the petitioner and for the same enquiry is pending. 4.Recording the same, the second respondent police is directed to take suitable action based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 23.06.2022, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
