ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.According to the petitioner, he filed an application before the first respondent for measuring his land and also paid necessary fees on 14.09.2016. But, so far the first respondent is not taking any steps to measure the land. Hence, he has filed the present Writ Petition.

4.Since the petitioner's application is pending with the first respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider his application and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

measure the land with the help of Taluk Surveyor, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as to the neighbouring land owners, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
