Karthick, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 02.08.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.1 of 2019 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.370/2021 dated 15.02.2021, whereby citing Covid-19 lockdown, the learned Judge has sought for extension of six months to comply with the above order dated 02.08.2019.
