ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.7081 of 2026 dated 27.04.2026.

3.Considering the nature of offence and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, EOW, Thoothukkudi District on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
