ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 25.01.2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(c) and 25 of NDPS Act in Crime No.12 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. She seeks bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.The case of the prosecution is that on 25.01.2018 at about 8.15 p.m. during the vehicle check up by the respondent police along with other police officials, the petitioner and other accused were illegally transporting 3 bags of Ganja weighing about 70 kilo grams by a silver colour TATA Indica DLC Turbo Car bearing No.TN22 A7533. Hence, the case.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and the charge sheet also has been filed and the same was taken on file by the concerned Judicial Magistrate in C.C.No.172 of 2018.

6.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and at this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
