ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.According to the petitioner, he filed an application before the second respondent to measure his land on 22.02.2016 and also paid necessary fees. But, so far the second and third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents are not taking any steps to measure the land. Hence, he has filed the present Writ Petition.

4.In the above circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the second and third respondents are directed to consider his application and survey the land, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as to the neighbouring land owners and after verifying the revenue records, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
