ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.According to the petitioner, he filed an application before the second respondent and the same has been rejected. Against the order passed by the second respondent, he preferred an appeal before the first respondent on 01.10.2015. But, so far the said appeal is pending with the first respondent, without any disposal. Hence, he has filed the present Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the fact that the appeal is pending from 01.10.2015, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's appeal and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned and also other affected persons, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
