Crl.M.P.(MD) No.10328 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7702 of 2026 P.DHANABAL , J., This petition is filed to amend the penal provisions mentioned in the order dated 28.04.2026 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7702 of 2026 as "Sections 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 189(2), 296(b), 351(3) of the BNS, 2023 and Section 3 of the TNPPDL Act"

instead of Sections 294(b), 323, 351, 506(ii) IPC and Section 3 of the TNPPDL Act.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
