O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to conduct enquiry as per the proceedings of the second respondent dated 13.06.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

3.The petitioner is the Vice President of Venkatachalapuram Village Panchayat from the year 2010. It is the case of the petitioner that the President of the said Panchayat was engaging in malpractice, leading to misappropriation of funds of the Panchayat. Seeking to take action against the President, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 04.01.2016 to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

first respondent. Based on the allegations levelled by the petitioner, the second respondent has issued instructions to the third respondent to conduct enquiry and submit a report. But there was no response on the side of the third respondent, which has driven the petitioner to file the present Writ Petition. 4.Considering the above stated circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.01.2016 and to take appropriate decision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
