PETITION FOR TIME EXTENSION Under Sec.528 BNSS PRAYER :- To grant an extension of time to comply the order passed in Crl.OP(MD) No. 2626/2025 on 08.05.2025 on the file of this Honble Court.. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2626 of 2025, dated 08.05.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as Branch Manager in a Finance Company. Due to his nature of work, he is going to some other District, he is not able to arrange sureties within the time firxed by this Court. For the said reason only, he is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2626 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further 2/4

period of two weeks is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
