ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to give necessary police protection to the petitioner for his life and limb and for taking water from the common well for the purpose of drinking water and cultivation purpose, the common well situated in Survey Nos.765/3 and 766/6 in Vedasandur Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2021.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 23.07.2021.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
