Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 5 to 11 from in any manner interfering with the day to day administration of the Pallivasal on the basis of proceedings issued by the Wakf Board vide proceedings No.Se Mu Order 11795/85/16/P WF dated 27.01.2021 and also direct the Respondents 1 to 4 to take necessary action against 5 to 11 for unlawful activities in the premises of petitioner Pallivasal by considering the petitioner representation dated 19.07.2022.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
