ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 12.10.2020 to take action in accordance with law.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is a ward member in the Village Panchayat and subsequently, he was also elected as Vice President of Koodakovil Village Panchayat. The grievance of the petitioner is that many trees were cut without permission of the Revenue Department and that the Panchayat President also colluded in the said illegal act. It was further submitted that based on the representation given by the petitioner, an enquiry was also conducted and it has been concluded. All the relevant documents were also placed before this Court.
