O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2017 and hand over possession of the property in Shop No.5 to the petitioner situate in the Old Municipal Complex and Building at Thuraiyur, Trichy District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition pursuant to the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court in WP(MD) No.11477 of 2017, dated 13.07.2017 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
