ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue permit to transport building materials from the the petitioner's business place to customer's place by using mini vehicles, based on petitioners representation dated 10.06.2023 and 19.05.2025.
2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
