ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of passport. He submit an application and it was not processed because the petitioner was involved in a criminal case. Even though final report has been filed and taken on file, still the same cannot be put against the petitioner. The petitioner was a Juvenile at the time of occurrence. It is well settled that no disqualification will be attached to the Juvenile in conflict with law. There cannot be any impediment for processing the petition mentioned application. The first respondent shall process the petition mentioned application and issue passport to the petitioner subject to the fulfilment of the other usual formalities.

3. This writ petition is allowed. No costs.
