ORDER

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that non bailable warrant Is pending against the son-in-law of the petitioner in P.R.C.No.17 of 2018. Therefore, the respondent Police had enquired the petitioner about the whereabouts of the son-in-law of the petitioner.

2.It is made clear that the respondent police shall not harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry. If the respondent Police requires any information from the petitioner with regard to his son-in-law, they shall issue summon to the petitioner and thereafter, enquire him.

3.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
