ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.Sathyanarayanan, J.) The present petition is filed by the wife of the detenu alleging that he is missing for the past one year.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Dinesh Babu, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, accepts notice for the 2nd respondent and on instructions, submit that the husband of the petitioner, viz., the detenu, has joined the company of the petitioner and as of now, both of them are living together. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ ___________ HCP No.722/2019

3. In the light of the said development, nothing remains for further adjudication in this petition and, accordingly, this petition is closed.
