This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of mandamus directing the respondents to resume the petitioner's name in all computerized revenue records in respect of the properties comprised in S.F.No.813/1(1.02.0 Ares) (Patta No.1173)S.F.No.847/1 (1.07.0.Ares) (Patta No.1177), S.F.No.847/3 (1.02.0) Ares) (Patta No.1176) S.F.No.848/1 (2.43.0 Ares) (Patta No.1175) S.F.No.768 (1.00.0 Ares) (Patta No.1174) and S.F.No.769/3 (0.98.0 Ares) (Patta No.1174) situated at Pudhuputhur Kookkal, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District, by the Special Tahsildar (Assignment) Kodaikanal Dindigul District, as per the DKT Patta No.502/93, 503/93, 504/93 505/93, 506/93 based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2020. 2/4

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner wants to agitate his rights before the competent civil Court and hence, sought for liberty of this Court.

3. In light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent civil Court and proceed further in accordance with law. No costs.
