This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2096 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.218 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default. 1/3

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4.
