ORDER

This Writ of Mandamus has been field to direct the 2nd respondent to implement the order of the 1st respondent dated 14.12.2015 in Na.Ka.UE6/1179/2015 and to issue property tax receipt for the petitioner's building in S.No.322/2C, Mamsapuram Panchayat, Vembakottai Panchayat Union.

2.In the proceedings dated 14.12.2015, there is a direction to the Block Development Officer of Vembakottai Panchayat Union as well as to the President of Mamsapuram Panchayat at Vembakottai Panchayat Union to inspect the premises of the petitioner and to take steps to issue house tax receipt to the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 3rd respondent Panchayat would submit that the tenure of the President of Mamsapuram Panchayat has come to end and now the Special Officer has taken charge of the said Panchayat. 4.Under such circumstances, the 2nd respondent/Block Development Officer is directed to visit the premises of the petitioner in S.No.322/2C, Mamsapuram Panchayat, Vembakottai Panchayat Union and to carry out the directions issued by the 1st respondent dated 14.12.2015. The said exercise shall be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)No.13610 of 2016 is closed.
