ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the prosecution had already examined all the witnesses and the case stands posted for arguments.

2. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also taking into consideration the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Hence the petition stands dismissed. However the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai is directed to complete the trial proceedings in S.C.No.37 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
