ORDER
The petitioner, who is the de-facto complainant has filed the above petition, seeking orders to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil to dispose the case in C.C.No.54 of 2015 within a time to be fixed by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,08.12.2021), the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the trial Court has already completed the trial and judgment was pronounced on 11.03.2020.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent has produced the copy of the judgment dated 11.03.2020 in C.C.No.54 of 2015, wherein the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil has convicted the accused 1 and 2 for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 IPC and acquitted the 3rd accused under Section 248(2) Cr.P.C.

CRL.O.P.(MD).No.11017 of 2019 4.Since the trial Court has pronounced the judgment on 11.03.2020, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition. Hence, the Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
