ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

2. The petitioner's land was acquired for widening National Highways. He was awarded compensation. He was not satisfied at the same. The matter was referred to the District Collector. The District Collector's award also did not satisfy the writ petitioner. Hence he filed Arbitration O.P.No.15 of 2015 vide order dated 21.12.2018. The matter was remitted to the file of the first respondent. Even though the first respondent was directed to pass final award within a period of two months, till date no award has been passed. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned dispute and pass an award on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
