This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2019.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he is running an Electrical Shop in Dindigul Road and some mini lorries were parked infront of his shop. In order to remove the same, the petitioner has filed a representation to the respondents. But the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

respondents on instructions, submitted that based on a complaint given by the petitioner, an action has been taken by the respondent Police and now the entire vehicles have been removed in that place. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal. Side), the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
