PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.46 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A10 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.04.2022 for the offences under sections 341,302,147,148,342,506(ii),120(B),109,34,326 of IPC in Crime No.46 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

3. It is seen that the respondent police has completed investigation and also filed final report before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.129 of 2022. There are totally 59 witness in this case and out of which 56 witnesses have been examined. Further the petitioner involved in three previous cases and if he is let out of bail, the entire trial will be stalled, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, the petition stands dismissed. However the trial Court is directed to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
