ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to transfer the investigation in respect of the CSR No.135 of 2023 dated 03.04.2023, from the second respondent to some other competent authority. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the insurance amount which is to be shared by the petitioner and other siblings of the petitioner have been stipend off by her only sister, namely Ms.Jeyapaul.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the police have completed the investigation, whereunder it is found that the insurance amount was deposited in the account of one of the sister of the petitioner by name Ms.Jeyapaul, on a consent letter given by the other siblings. It is also submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the sister in whose account the amount has been deposited by the Insurance Company is not distributing to the other siblings. 2/4

Since enquiry has also been completed and the sister of the petitioner is not giving the share to the petitioner, the petitioner is expected to go to the civil Court seeking for appropriate directions. Since enquiry had also been completed as submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, cause does not survives in this petition.
