RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order relaxing the Anticipatory Bail condition imposed on him by an order of this Honourable Court made in Crl.MP (MD).No.886 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6555 OF 2020 dated 08.02.2021 in connection with Crime No.1 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID (CC Wing), Madurai.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SANKARA PANDIAN.J, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.886 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6555 of 2021, dated 08.02.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
