O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to dispose of his appeal in Na.Ka.484491/2023/D3 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.N.Balakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the first respondent. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the respondents 2 to 10, notice to the them is dispensed with.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. It is seen from the typed set of papers, the petitioner filed an 2/4

appeal before the first respondent seeking deletion of name of private respondents from the revenue records in respect of the property situate in S.No.112/14A, Sivanthakadu Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District. The same was taken on record in Na.Ka.484491/2023/D3 and notice of enquiry was already issued to the parties by fixing the date of hearing on 03.09.2025.

5. In such circumstances, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, on its own merits, after affording reasonable opportunity to the parties, within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of first hearing ie., on 03.09.2025.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
