Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to grant permission and protection to conduct the Aadalum Paadalum dance programme on 07.06.2017 from 06.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. in pursuant to the "Vaikasi Visaga Festival" programme scheduled to be conducted situated at Arulmighu Subramania Swami Temple, Sadaivelampatti, Thuvarankurichi, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2017. For Petitioner : Mr.S.T.Sasidharan Tamilkani For Respondents : Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, Additional Government Pleader.

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to give necessary permission for conducting Adalpadal programme in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus. 2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.It is seen from the records that on 20.04.2017 a representation has been given, but the same has not been

considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

4.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed in part without costs and the second respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 20.04.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of two days.
