ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to file final report in Crime No.285 of 2018 on his file as expeditiously as possible within a stipulated period. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the First Information Report has been registered in the year 2018. The respondent Police is investigating the case and all effective steps shall be taken in the course of investigation and final report shall be filed as expeditiously as possible.

3.Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the first respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.285 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the defacto complainant.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
