*********** The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition seeking for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to complete the proceedings in O.A.No.7 of 2016 filed by the petitioner under Section 63(e) of The Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that pursuant to the order passed in W.A.1650 of 2015, dated 07.01.2016, the petitioner has filed O.A.No.7 of 2016 before the first respondent on 05.02.2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and even after lapse of one year, the application is not disposed of.

3.Heard Mr.B.Jeyakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.D.Muruganandhan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 &2 and Mr.S.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent and perused the records. 4.Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to pass orders in O.A.No.7 of 2016 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
