PRAYER IN CRL A(MD) No.427 of 2016:

Pleased to allow this appeal, set aside the conviction and sentence imposed against the appellant by the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Special Judge for the Prevention of Corruption Act Cases, Dindigul in Special C.C.No. 12 of 2014 on 18.10.2016 and acquit the appellant/accused and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.Chandrasekaran, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent,the court made the following order:- The petitioner has been directed to appear before the trial Court once in a month ie., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. The petitioner states that he is a dismissed employee and that he is now staying in Chennai with his daughter. This order is causing him great difficulty to come down to Dindugl and marking his appearance.
