The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to remove the tamarind tree standing adjacent to the petitioner's property in Survey Nos.854/9 and 854/11 situated at South Street, Iraniyoor Village, Thiruppattur Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 07.03.2025 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 07.03.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
