Prayer in C.M.A(MD)SR.No.49017 of 2025: to allow the Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal as against the judgment and award passed in M.C.O.P..No.286 of 2022 dated 16.11.2024, on the file of the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal (Special Court for Forest Act Cases), Nagercoil.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this C.M.P(MD)No.9724 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected C.M.S.A(MD)SR.No. 49017 of 2025 is also rejected.
