: Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order issued by the second respondent herein in his proceedings No.15940/Tha.Ku.4/2016 dated 22.09.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to grant parole to my brother namely Kumaresan son of Pandi Life Convict No.21060 now confined at Central Prison, Tiruchirapalli for a period of two weeks.
