O R D E R

The petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to file a final report in Crime No.437 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the crime was registered in the year 2015, so far no investigation has been conducted by the first respondent. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that now the investigation has been completed and the first respondent will file a final report within a period of two weeks.

4. Considering the above said submission, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.437 of 2015 and file a final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
